There is no need to be nervous. I am the easiest person in the world to work with. I always make sure that my clients are comfortable and that things are making sense. All of my sessions are done in confidence, so nothing said in a session leaves that room. My client's privacy is is extremely important to me. You can ask me any question you want. Nothing shocks me and I don't think there are any stupid questions.

During your reading I will ask you to confirm when things makes sense, and when they don't. Both are equally important to me. Confirming information helps me know that I am linked in with you and the right spirit. The no's are just as helpful. It helps me know if I need to look into the information I have and see if I am misinterpreting something, or if I still feel strongly about what I am getting and want you to hold on to it. It may not make sense at the time but it may after the reading. I get numerous emails all of the time from clients letting me know that the few things that didn't makes sense during the reading do shortly after, or happened after they left. The majority of what you hear in a reading should make sense at the time, that being said. But there are going to be a few things or a few names that may not. Some things may need to be validated after the reading, or may have simply not happened yet. Especially in a psychic reading we cannot confirm the future, so we just have to wait to see how it all plays out. I think that is the fun part, personally. Finding out information or having an experience after the fact is something to look forward to.

Do I need to be in person for a reading, or is it the same as doing a phone session?

You do not need to be in person for a reading. Though I love to meet my clients in person, it makes no difference at all if you are in person or not. I receive the exact same information either way.

How can I prepare for a reading?

Writing down questions that you would like to ask your loved ones, or about things in your life is always good idea. Once we are in a session we can sometimes forget what we wanted to ask about. Also, just get a good night of sleep the night before.  Come in with an open heart and open mind.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Nope. There is no need to bring any photos or items of your loved ones with you unless you feel more comfortable having them with you.

This is my first time and I am feeling nervous. Should I be scared of anything?

No, your loved ones are there to give you closure and guidance. No, bad spirits or random spirits do not show up.

Am I disturbing my loved ones by having a reading and asking them to come?

No way! They choose to come and they are always happy to be there. It doesn't matter if you had the best relationship in the world with that person, or if you had a not so good relationship and have some unresolved issues with them. No one can force them to come. They come on their own free will. Please understand that as much as it is healing for you, it is healing for them as well.

Can someone come in with me for my reading?

No, not unless I have approved it. Unless you are doing a group reading, I do recommend that you do your reading by yourself. You will always receive the best reading that way. The energy will be clearer. I do have a waiting room if you would like someone to accompany you. There is a fee to have a second person with you for a mediumship reading. That becomes a dual reading. Dual readings and Group readings can only be done for mediumship readings where every person is a participant. I never recommend just having someone "sit" with you in a reading. The entire reading can go to that person and you will not receive the reading you came in for. I've seen it happen!

I do not allow anyone else in other than the client for a psychic reading. The reason being that psychic readings are very personal. Even though you may have someone with you who is your best friend, I find that people still close up when someone else is in the room.

Can I bring a dog to your office?

No pets are allowed in my office at all.

Can I bring a child under the age of 13 into my reading?

Small children and babies are not allowed in the reading room. On occasion I will allow a child who is at least 7 years old to come into a reading with a family member to be a participant if they have lost someone close. Don't get me wrong, I love babies and small children. But they will affect the reading and the client is always distracted by them crying or running around the room. It is very distracting for me as well so it is just not allowed. Bringing a child must be approved by me. I appreciate your understanding on this.

What if you don't connect or things don't make sense to me?

I have never had the problem of not connecting to a client. And honestly, if for some reason I felt like we weren't connecting and things weren't making sense to you, I would stop the reading and tell you that maybe I am not the right medium for you and refund your money. I would never want a client to walk out of my office feeling like they had a bad reading and felt more confused. I did not build a good reputation on bad readings. I think I have only stopped maybe 3 readings in the over a thousand that I have done because I felt like something isn't right. I feel fortunate that I always have a good connection, but I also go into every reading open to the fact that one may come through again at some point because that is just life.  I would rather have someone have no reading, then a bad reading!

Why do you have a disclaimer?

Well, I have to legally. We live in a world where people take no responsibility for their own actions and blame everyone else for things they have done. I have luckily never dealt with someone who has done something stupid due to information they have received in a reading, but you just never know. You have to be covered legally in any and all businesses anyway. It does not make me happy to have it, but I just have to.
